E.A.G. Policies

E.A.G. CREDENTIALING POLICY

 

 

E.A.G. Tactical has a strict credentialing policy.

A photocopy of one of the following must be emailed (info@eaqtactical.com). faxed (928-636-6686), or mailed USPS:

*  Pistol License (any state)

*  Certificate of Good Conduct (from your local Police Department)

*  Active Duty Police Id. or Active Duty Military Id.

LE/Police Only Courses: Must include credentials verifying active LE status.

If Civilian: Pistol License Number, Expiration Date and State of Issue must be provided in the spaces on the Application where indicated.

An application without one of the above will be rejected. There are no exceptions.

If Civilian Employee of DoD or other Government Agency, or contractor for DoD/DoS or other agency, contact us directly.

In Accordance with ITAR Regulations, only U.S. Citizens will be accepted to participate in E.A.G. Tactical Courses


 

E.A.G. APPLICATION PROCESS

 

Steps:

  1. Complete Application and submit online; or
    Download Application and submit via fax or USPS
  2. Check Course Announcement for deposit amount and payment terms
  3. Check appropriate payment option.
    If paying by credit card, contact us.If submitting Application online or via fax, mail deposit or payment in full to the address on the Application within five (5) days from the date of submission, unless other specific arrangements have been made. Checks or Money Orders should be payable to Your Executive Service.
  4. Fax Application and copy of credentials to (928)636-6686If sending via USPS, mail to:Your Executive Service P O 3000Chino Valley, AZ 86323
  5. If Department of Defense civilian or U.S. Contractor on DoD or State contract, contact us directly.

Be sure to check our credentialing policy reflected in this section, as well as on the Application(s).

Review the Course Overview and the Gear List relating to your Course preference.

Upon approval of documents, confirmation notifications are sent via email, together with a range map, and/or driving directions, hotel accommodations in proximity to the training site, pertinent information such as Range Fees, and an invoice for tuition balance, if any.

E.A.G. reserves the absolute right to refuse training for any reason whatsoever to any applicant. Submission of the Application indicates your clear understanding of this requirement.

E.A.G. STANDBY POLICY

 

Standby Lists are available when E.A.G. classes become full. Applicant documents which are received after classes are filled are notified via email, and given the option of having their names placed on the Standby List for the requested course dates. They, and persons specifically requesting placement on the list are notified via email as follows:

  • Complete the application on this Site, noting Standby Requested and the
    requested course title and dates
  • Submit the application electronically, forwarding a copy of your credentials either
    by fax (928) 636-6686, email attachment, or USPS
  • Submit the Download Application and copy of credentials via fax (928)636-6686 or
    email attachment to info@eaotactical.com.
  • Submit the application via USPS to the address reflected on the application (Your
    Executive Service, PO 3000, Chino Valley, AZ 86323)
  •  Do not send payment at this time. In the event a seat in the requested class
    becomes available, directions for tuition payment be given at the time of
    notification of availability.

Review our Credentialing Policy, paying particular attention to the need to provide one of the items listed. It is not necessary to send all three of those listed.

As much advance notice as possible will be given. Short notice should be anticipated.

Course information and gear lists appear on the E.A.G. web site.

In the event space does not open for the course specified, we will be happy to accept your name on our Email List for future course information. Simply go to our Home Page to submit your request.
